Shipping information

1.0 DELIVERY

1.1 You shall make all arrangements to take delivery of the Goods when they are prepared for dispatch, please refer to any fulfilment information supplied for further information.

1.2 Standard orders placed online or offline, including catalogue items that require personalisation will take up to 30 working days from the point at which your order is confirmed, to be prepared for dispatch.

1.3 Orders for made to order (MTO) items will take up to 60 working days from the point at which your order is confirmed, to be prepared for dispatch.

1.4 For International Delivery from product supplied from the UK - Handling Fees & Import Duties/Taxes you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

Kappa Team Sports has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. 

If upon clearing customs you are subject to these charges, and you decide you no longer want your order, you will be charged any handling and shipping fees that we incur in retrieving your order.
